Via the Peripherique (ring road), exit for Porte Maillot then take Avenue Malakoff in the direction of Trocadero. Continue straight on across Avenue Foch onto Avenue Raymond Poincare, turn left in to Rue De Longchamp and left again in to Avenue Kleber, then left once more in to Rue Saint Didier.
