In the heart of Old Toulouse, La Cours des Consuls Hotel and Spa MGallery by Sofitel invites you to dive into the rich history of la ville rose. This former private mansion is near Saint-Sernin Basilica, Jacobin convent and the famous Capitole town hall.
The illustrious Tournier family settled at 46 Rue des Couteliers in the 1500s. In the 1600s, they acquired a hotel in Rue de la Madeleine. Pierre-Marie Dassier took over the hotel on Rue des Couteliers in 1830, and furnished it in the style of the era.
The renovation of the two mansions in 2015 gave birth to today's hotel. Its name honors the Capitouls, advisors of the city who once lived here, and reflects the building's original purpose, as shelter to artisans during the Middle Ages.
What was once a lively place of trade, then a home to nobility, is today a blend of classic elegance and modernity, enhanced by the skillfully designed décor by Chantal Peyrat. Enjoy a unique experience in a quiet and refined setting.
