How do I register a card on my account?

AccorHotels treats the protection of your bank details with the utmost importance. Registering your card is done in a very secure manner.

Your bank details are sent to AccorHotels through secure connections (https pages) and are stored in a secure digital safe. Bank details from the safe are only used when they are sent to your bank to verify your card or a payment.

AccorHotels will systematically ask you to enter your security code (the three digits on the back of your card) to verify use of your card. AccorHotels will also contact your bank to verify that you have not blocked your card. If there is a block on your card, the transaction will be refused.
